Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the organization structure and data you enter. Keep your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
- Do not use 9nerz to send spam, host malware, or process another party's data without authorization.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations or probe the platform's isolation.
- Automated or bulk usage must stay within published rate limits.
Plans and billing
Every new workspace starts with a 10-day trial of the full Unlimited plan. When the trial ends, the workspace reverts to the free tier — nothing is deleted, but free-tier caps apply (one business unit, one department, email-to-ticket).
The free tier is capped on structural limits (business units, departments, and seats). The Unlimited plan is billed in USD, monthly, per the pricing shown at checkout. The founding offer is available to the first 200 organizations: a locked rate of $80/month that will not increase for the life of the subscription, even as new features are added, for as long as the subscription stays active. Founding pricing is not a one-time payment. Failed recurring payments move an organization to a grace period before reverting to free-tier limits. Taxes are handled by our payment processor where it acts as merchant of record.
Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Where 9nerz processes personal data on your organization's behalf, that policy and its sub-processor list form our data processing terms; contact privacy@9nerz.app for a countersigned data processing agreement.
Availability
The hosted service targets 99.5% uptime. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance.
Termination
You can close your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform or other users.
